“Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with
every spiritual blessing in Christ.”
~ Ephesians 1:3
GREETINGS TO ALL! We hope that this letter finds you all well and enjoy the many blessings our Lord showers upon us daily! We are so grateful that He is always with us, despite every circumstance that we may go through.
LORETO CHURCH
Our brother Fernando shares: “The estimated project for the current year consists basically of two main points: the discipleship of the current members and an evangelism plan. Regarding discipleship, we will be using the discipleship course that we started when we first arrived at Loreto. We are presenting the third part of the course which consists of teaching the brethren a series of spiritual principles based on the Ten Commandments. Once these studies are concluded, we will begin another series of studies that will take us at least four months. Finally, in the middle of the year, we will begin another curriculum in which we will be teaching fundamental Christian doctrines.”
The minister, Fernando Camacho, has plans for the church's spiritual growth as the congregation continues to pray about their plans to construct a building for their meetings.
VILLA GONZALEZ CHURCH
For the past year, Abdiel and the rest of the congregation have been praying for a minister to lead the church. A couple who recently graduated from the Bible College in Piedras Negras came to visit and preach, however, they decided to continue to minister near their family in San Luis. Please pray for the Lord to fill this need at Villa Gonzalez.
The construction of classrooms continues to advance slowly, but surely. They hope to be able to put a roof on the two-story classroom soon!
There have been many updates being made to the nursing home in the last few months. The perimeter wall is close to being finished. There are about 600 more feet to construct using the brick machines that were purchased by the mission. These have been a real blessing for this project and we are sure they will continue to be for future projects as well!
NURSING HOME

We are Thankful for our Volunteers from the States
The two sides of the nursing home are also being reroofed with tin, as the old tile roof was causing leaks. The construction/carpenter group from North Carolina was able to help with a roof over the entrance to the main door. They also made some cabinets to put in the upper-level kitchen of the Bethshean Clinic.
The mission has added a nurse and a psychologist to help care for the residents in the home. Both have been a great asset for the needs that the elderly have including wound care, preventative care, medication control, nutritional care, and their mental health.
CLINIC
We are so happy that Freddy and Carol have made it back safely to Estancia and are back directing the clinic. Patient volume has been slowly increasing, as the community of Estancia and surrounding communities are getting to know Alma and Junior as doctors who provide quality medical care. Some new equipment, like an ultrasound machine, has been purchased to better the care of the patients. The next plan is to purchase an x-ray machine. These updates will provide a more complete healthcare experience for all who visit.
Many of you have asked when we, Abdiel and Shannon, can come to the states to visit churches. We are anxious to meet with each of you and share what the Lord is doing in Estancia, but we ask for your prayers and patience. We are praying for the Lord to provide people that can be added to our staff who will be able to run the mission while we visit churches in the states. God is so good, and we trust His perfect timing!
Please join us in praying about the many facets of the mission we’ve shared. Would you also pray for the safety of those in the mission as we serve our Merciful and Perfect God! Blessings to you all!
